Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Zafix Prep in any way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the platform. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

2. What Zafix Prep provides

Zafix Prep is a NEET exam preparation platform offering structured test batches, timed mock tests, video lectures, notes, an AI-powered doubt solver, and progress analytics. Free and paid batches are both available; what each batch includes is shown before you enrol.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use — sharing a single login across multiple people isn't permitted, and the platform may automatically sign out older sessions when a new login occurs.
• You agree to provide accurate information (name, phone number, class/year) when asked, since this is used to personalise your test batches and enable support.

4. Payments, batches & refunds

• Paid batches are billed once at enrolment through our payment processor. Prices, validity periods, and what's included are shown clearly before checkout.
• Some batches have a fixed validity period after which access ends automatically; this is stated on the batch before you enrol.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact Support within 7 days of purchase if you believe a batch was misrepresented or a payment error occurred.
• Coupon codes are subject to their own expiry dates and usage limits, shown at checkout.

5. Content & intellectual property

Lectures, notes, test questions, and other materials on Zafix Prep are provided for your personal exam preparation only. Downloading, redistributing, screen-recording for redistribution, or reselling this content outside the platform is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass access controls, share paid content externally, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• The AI Doubt Solver is meant for genuine academic questions — please don't use it to request unrelated or harmful content.
• Comments and discussion threads on lectures are moderated; abusive or off-topic content may be removed.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including sharing credentials, attempting to circumvent payment, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other students.

8. Disclaimer

Zafix Prep is a preparation aid and does not guarantee any specific exam outcome, rank, or result. Test difficulty, analytics, and AI-generated explanations are provided to support your preparation but should be used alongside your own judgement and other study resources.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
