💡 This panel uses the same Firebase project as your Zafix Prep app. New collections (users, questionBank, batches, purchases) need read/write access in your Firestore rules for everything below to save correctly.

👥 Registered Users

Only users who have logged into the app since this feature was added will appear here.

Full Name

Temporary Password (min 6 characters — share this with the student) Assign to Batch (optional)

📚 Question Bank (Pool)

Build a big reusable pool of questions here. Later, use "Create Test" to randomly pull from this pool into an actual test.

📂 Question Bank Pool

🎯 Create Test

Add one or more subjects, each with its own question count, randomly pull from your pool, preview, then publish.

Time Limit (minutes)

Instead, generate NEW AI questions from this material (for raw notes/chapters — not a ready-made test)

Subject

Number of Questions

Upload PDF — every question is extracted exactly as written, however many there are (no AI rewriting, no need to set a count)

💡 Best for ready-made test papers (e.g. a 45+45+90 NEET mock). Diagram-based questions are flagged automatically — you can attach an image URL to any flagged question in the preview below before publishing, since text extraction can't pull images out of the PDF itself.

📘 Manage Chapters

Define each batch's subjects & chapters — these fill the dropdowns in Lectures and Notes.

Select a batch above to manage its chapters.

🎬 Add a Lecture

Paste a YouTube link — it'll play as an embedded video for enrolled students.

This batch has no chapters yet — add some in the Chapters tab first.

Lecture Title YouTube URL Description (optional) Order (lower shows first, optional)

📂 All Lectures

Select a batch above to view its lectures.

📄 Add PDF Notes

Paste a shareable link — Google Drive works great ("Anyone with the link can view").

Note Title PDF Link (Google Drive or any direct PDF URL)

🔒 Notes now open in an in-app viewer instead of a direct link, so students stay on your site. For actual copy/download protection (not just hiding the link), open the file in Drive → Share → the ⚙️ gear icon in the share dialog → check "Viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print, and copy" and turn it off. Without that setting, a determined student can still use Drive's own download/print controls even inside the embed.

✍️ Add Short Note
